Activities Week 29 (13th – 19th July 2021)

Soooo ….. school is now officially out for summer (although some schools have been out for most of this year thanks to the ridiculous bubble system ) and bang on cue , so is the sunshine … as we have been forecast the typical school holiday rainy season, which commenced in spectacular fashion in London this weekend.
Even this couldn’t however dampen the glory of “ Gold Monday ” yesterday which saw Tom Daley, Matty Lee and Adam Peaty among others making a splash in the Tokyo Olympics and bringing home the gold for Team GB.
All this and news that the famed bastion of cultural delights “ TOWIE ” (The Gaffer’s fave – NOT! ) is to return to our screens for it’s 29th series is almost too much to handle for one week!
And then we finally have our very own version of a Reality Show featuring muscles , mussels , and folk getting muellered ….. the M’force National Conference which is taking place on Thursday – it’s been a long wait guys but with all that Mr Duffy has up his sleeve it will definitely have been worth it!!!
And the good news doesn’t stop there as moving on to this week’s results on the mortgage side of the business I am delighted to report that you achieved a year on year high completing 104 mortgages for £32,514,307 of lending!
Indeed , it was very much an Essex and Kent combo this week ;
On top of the podium was Spencer ‘’ The Pecs ‘’ Havers with £6,905,034 of lending across 4 cases, one of which also wins him the “Big Time Buffed Barry” Award this week for his £4,700,000 deal with the Royal Bank of Canada.
Then winning the silver this week was Nick Harris with £3,946,252 of lending across 6 cases and bronze runner up was Paul Oglesby with £1,986,342 of lending across 8 cases.
Other medal worthy performances this week in terms of case volume and value came from Sarah Norman, Ron Walton, Mark Nathan, Ian Broadrick, Ricki Wenn, Sean McGeough and Eva Alonso.
We had joint winners on the lender side as you completed 10 cases each with HSBC and Barclays this week for £2,382,450 and £4,554,724 of lending respectively.
Protection – Week 29

An absolutely storming week on the Protection side with 55 deals completed this week led by the Welsh contingent as Nick Price secured 21 deals and Kevin Gronow 15.
The Swansea superstars are being visited next week and the gaffer is certainly looking forward to meeting the newbies down there who are certainly tearing it up ….
Chris Taylor secured the highest policy amount this week of £337,500 with Royal London , Neil Gould gave a more than notable performance and on the provider side you completed the greatest number of deals also with Royal London totalling 12.
Birthday’s and other Parish Notices
Many Happy Returns to Ian Day who is celebrating his Birthday today and to Rhona Dallas for her Birthday tomorrow. We hope you both have a great day.
