Activity Charts – Week 13 (23rd March to 29th March 2021)
Afternoon folks , and I hope you all got some sun ( or snow ? ) over what was a whacky Easter weekend of British weather ! 😊 ☹
So, we are finally all about to embark on the latest stage of the “road map” commencing next Monday (shopping, outdoor dining , hair dressers ahoy !) but we are still stuck at the traffic lights ( typical bank holiday!) as we wait to hear which overseas destinations will get the green light and which will be stuck on red for the foreseeable!
Oh well at least you managed to put your feet down on those pedals over on the mortgage side of the business in the week before Easter with £31,703,926 of lending completed across 110 cases.
Topping the charts this week was Sandy Mcilvenna who completed £2,920,274 of lending across 4 cases, her £958,706 case with Scottish Widows Bank also winning her the Large Loan plaudits for Week 13 .
Sandy was tailgated by the very suave and consistently nice Mike Atkinson with £2,850,861 of lending across 5 cases and the wine-tasting connoisseur that is Paul Oglesby with £1,743,225 of lending across 4 cases.
Then pulling up to the bumper this week were case a dayer’s Laura Sayers, Ajay Sharma, Zak Abdul Karim, Sean McGeough, Jo Zeff, Paul Varney, Rhys Forrest , Michelle Barraclough, Will Avrili and Claire Hutchinson.
( some of the guys here were clearly nailing it in the week before the golf courses opened ! 😊 )
On the lender side you completed the greatest number of cases this week with Santander totalling 17 for £6,635,535 of lending.
Protection – Week 13

Well you certainly drove up the numbers on the protection side of the business this week with 45 deals completed of which the mighty welsh dragon Kevin Gronow completed another 8 and Pete Chappell, 6.
Raff Federico secured the highest policy amount of £800,000 with L&G and runner up Lee Power scored a double whammy with his 2 x £750,000 policies also with L&G. Lee is obviously being inspired by his beloved ‘ammers who continue to look most like the Capital’s top club. The same alas cannot be said for Ben Hancox and Roger Jones’ Wolves who are in danger now of being devoured by lesser sides such as Arsenal. Reminiscent of a famous scene from the film American Psycho ? < Don’t just look at it , Ben ! 😊 >
No surprise then that overall on the provider side you completed the greatest number of deals with L&G totalling 20!
Commendations also to William McGoldrick , Warren ( another ‘ app yammer ) , AVFC Gouldy , Eastenders’ ‘’ rick-aay ‘’ and Alex Cast who had an excellent all round week.
Birthday’s and other Parish Notices
None other than the gaffer himself will be celebrating his Birthday next Monday 12th April – wishing you big happy returns for Monday Mr Duffy ! 39 years young again 😊
